Stairwell Cleaning (Close Cleaning) Services 2024 - 2027-The stairwell cleaning service, or close cleaning as it is known locally, involves cyclic cleaning of the communal areas of over 700 public sector flatted or maisonette properties, up to 5 floors in height.
