Residential Masterplan, Cairnmount, Irvine-North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) requires an appropriately qualified and experienced masterplan consultant and design team to develop a residential masterplan for an area of NAC owned land at Cairnmount, Irvine - also referred to as Montgomerie Park East.
