The procurement includes operation of the canteens at Lindern and Myren in Oslo with the purchase, preparation and serving of lunch, as well as catering for meetings and internal events. The Institute of Public Health has two kitchens and an associated canteen with 125 seats at Lindern and 178 seats at Myren in Oslo. Approximately 150 visitors are registered on Monday and Friday, and approximately 200 visitors every day from Tuesday through Thursday, at both locations. The contracting authority would like good interaction and a more holistic management of its canteen services. The canteen offerings must be of the same quality and standard in both canteens. In addition to food service, the procurement includes the operation and maintenance of coffee machines and delivery of work fruit.
