Contract award - Dev-ops developer for the Healthcare Platform Team - NHN

The contract award includes cleaning of premises for the Norwegian Health Network [Norsk helsenett] and the Directorate of E-Health [Direktoratet for e-helse] in Verkstedveien 1 and 3 at Skøyen in Oslo The Norwegian Health Network currently has approximately 7,959 m2 and the Directorate of E-Health has approx. 1,509 m2.

The Development and Digital Channels Department (DHUD) is responsible for the Directorate of Health's case processing systems, content platform, websites, data warehouse, integration platform, interaction platform, and architecture management including entity architecture.

The purpose of this agreement is to secure a long-term and ongoing service that includes operation and management and the right to use a Digital Content Platform that builds upon Enonic XP. The contracting authority's Digital Content Platform, which operates several websites, of which Helsedirektoratet.no and Helfo.no are the two largest. The contracting authority's ambition is to minimise the number of suppliers, but sees a need to enter into additional agreements for the management and further development of Customer Adaptations, see section 1.6.

Consultancy services - international nuclear safety

In periods, the contracting authority needs increased capacity and/or expertise for separate fields. The agreement includes general communication support and advice.

The Norwegian Health Directorate has recommendations that everyone over the age of 65, as part of their weekly physical activity, ought to do balance and weight training at least 2-3 times a week in order to maintain physical function and prevent falls. As part of this work an eLearning programme was prepared in 2019 to strengthen knowledge on fall preventive training amongst persons who work with the elderly. BASIS has been regularly updated and further developed since it was launched in 2019. This applies to the eLearning, website, and exercise bank. It concerns both professional and technical updates. 

Norsk helsenett needs an experienced system/security architect with good knowledge of best practice for life cycle handling of encryption keys and certificates, including regulations on crypto security, choice of systems for secure administration of key and certificates, both 'on-premise' (traditional infrastructure and private cloud in a local computer room), and service design.
