One of the areas the NHN Divisjon Innbygger is responsible for is Helsenorge, the citizen’s access to online public health services. Helsenorge is continuously developed, with consolidation of existing services and introduction of new ones, and we now need expertise in the functional architecture to support this work. We need a functional manager for one of our product-oriented system teams.

The Department of Health Registries has ongoing work to modernise the health registries. A strategy has been established for the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s (HDIR's) central health registries, which forms the background for significant development of Norsk pasientregister (NPR) (the Norwegian Patient Register) and Kommunalt pasient- og brukerregister (KPR) (the Municpal Patient and User Register) With NPR and KPR come a mandate to harvest data from all publicly funded health services. Further development leads to increased collaboration on the content of the registries and a focus on access to a broad information base for various users in the health administration. We are now seeking a senior project manager with experience from modernization, IT development projects and transformation.

Folkehelseinstituttet FHI (Norwegian Institute ofPublic Health NIPH) faces major challenges and an exciting time with the digitalisation of health data. FHI shall be in front regarding health knowledge and offer future health data. FHI needs assistance from up to three full-stack developers for the development of tailor-made IT systems. The resources shall be part of a new team that will work on new development of systems for data management in large consent-based health surveys.

The aim of this procurement is to establish contracts for digital self-help tools that can contribute to preventing and relieving mental torments in youths aged 13-20 years, who are the target group for the self-help tools. We would like the tools to be provided as services (SaaS). 1-4 tools will be procured. Tenderers can offer several tools, and the contracting authority will be free to choose the individual tools that are assessed to be best according two the award criteria.

The Development and Digital Channels Department (DHUD) is responsible for the Norwegian Health Directorate's case processing systems, content platform, websites, data warehouse, integration platform, interaction platform, and architecture management including entity architecture. There is a need for assistance in the form of a minor developer team that will develop two new separate systems. Both systems will have internet based user interface, with a general need for functionality for logging on, frontend, backend, and database.
