The aim of this process is to procure a ready developed app/self-help tool that contributes to the prevention/mastering of mental worries during and after pregnancy and birth. We would like tenders for a service/tool that is engaging and gives a good user experience and is suitable for many in the target group. The contracting authority in the contest is the Norwegian Health Directorate. Norsk Helsenett is assisting the Norwegian Health Directorate with this procurement through their role as a service centre for procurements in the government health administration.

The Norwegian Health Directorate intends to use this procurement to continue the work of making Team that develops and manages the Norwegian Health Directorate'd system portfolio more efficient. The contracting authority would like to further develop the Team model, where one or two suppliers can, to a greater degree, have more general responsibility for the outcome of deliveries that are in line with the contracting authority's wanted business effects. The contracting authority intends to achieve the following business effects: * Flexible delivery capacity * Continual service optimisation and effect right out - Cost efficient and value-creating digitalisation / digital systems - Standardisation, simplification, and consolidation Extent and length The contract duration will be set to 4 years with an option for an extension for maximum 2 years - 1+1 year. The contracting authority sees the contract as strategically important.

NIPH faces major challenges and an exciting time with the digitalisation of health data. NIPH is seeking a test manager who will work with our new statistics bank, 'NIPH Statistics Portal'. The portal consists of three parts; an administration interface where professionals in NIPH upload and adapt their data, an open api where the data will be available for all interested persons, and a public interface where we visualise statistics from NIPH's different health registers and key figure statistics on the population, growing-up and living conditions, the environment, injuries, health related behaviour, and health conditions. In order to ensure high quality of the deliveries and the best systems in the NIPH Statistics Portal, we are looking for a technical test manager who can be responsible for quality in the new components.

The contracting authority would like annual collection and quality assurance of data on the municipalities' staffing commitment, competence/education level of employees, the ways the services are organised, and general information on commitment and status within municipal work on mental health and substance abuse, measured through relevant variables and questions. The mapping must ensure that municipal mental health and substance abuse work is measured together on variables such as; the number of full time jobs, type of service commitment, competence/education level of employees, the ways the services are organised.

The IT cluster in the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) is seeking assistance from an experienced architect with broad and deep expertise in the development of services for the regional health authorities in order to guide and assist the institute's own development team. The architect will contribute to the identification/articulation of various architectural concepts and alternative, architecture assessments (including, among other things, analysis and assessments of proposed solutions regarding various architectural principles), assessments of technological proposals and choices, etc. In addition, it is expected that the consultant will actively contribute by transferring experience and building competence across various IT functions in the institute.

The purpose of the process is to procure a digitalisation platform that will form the foundation for automation and digitalisation in the Directorate for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Norwegian: DSA), and hourly-based consultancy services related to the system. The platform will support and improve a number of case management processes that are currently manual. The platform will also be used to develop professional systems that will replace several existing outdated systems. 

Norwegian Patient Injury Compensation [Norsk pasientskadeerstatning (NPE)] needs expert specialist doctors to investigate and assess professional health matters in compensation cases and provide case workers and management with professional advice. Expert assignments will mainly consist of investigations and assessments of whether treatments and/or investigations have been carried out in accordance with good medical practice and any standards or guidelines. In addition, it is applicable to assess the scope of injury when this is upheld in a case. The offered specialist must have at least 6 years' work experience as an approved specialist in the relevant specialty.
