The Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (DSA) would like to enter into a framework agreement for technical translation services with up to 5 tenderers. The document translations will primarily be from Norwegian to English, but there will also be some from English to Norwegian. The framework agreement period will be 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.

Norsk Helsenett is, on behalf of HOD and in cooperation with the Directorate for eHealth, implementing the PDS programme (Programme Digital Interaction). The programme will have several steps, of which step 1 will be carried out in 2021 - 2024. The following assignments will be carried out in step 1: - TAG: Establishment, further development, and robustification of national services for a trust model, API Management, and Basic Data. - Nilar: Establishment and testing of a new national eHealth system for making medical samples available. - Preliminary project: Identification of measures with the accompanying cost estimate and gains analysis that will be carried out in the coming step of the Programme Digital Interaction.
