Young Carers Service - Hywel Dda University Health Board-Hywel Dda University Local Health Board - Strategic Partnerships, Diversity and Inclusion Team awarded a contract in April 2023 to commission a service that will be provided to young carers living within the Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire Local Authority Areas. The contract is for the initial period of three (3) years from 1st of April 2023, with an option to extend for a further one (1) or two (2) year/s.
