NHS Cheshire & Merseyside - APMS Contract-NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) is working on behalf of NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICB who have awarded a 1-year contract from 1st April 2023 for an APMS contract for the Homeless Patients in Cheshire and Special Allocation Scheme contract to be delivered at St Werburgh's Medical Practice, 2B George Street, Chester, CH1 3EQ. The service includes General Practitioner (GP) services to be provided in Cheshire West Place.
