The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for the management of Moss municipality's assistive aids storehouse. The contract includes the following services which shall be provided concurrently during the contract period: - The reception and storage of assistive aids delivered from NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Øst-Viken (the assistive aids central). - The operation of the municipality's short term lending system - Distribution and follow-up of the mentioned assistive aids. - Maintenance and repairs of the municipality's mobility aids in the health and care institutions. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for four years from 16.05.2023, with a unilateral right for the contracting authority to extend the contract by 12 months at a time up to two times. The maximum duration of the contract is, therefore, six years.

Moss municipality intends to enter into a dynamic purchasing system for procurements or leasing of official vehicles for the municipality. The contracting authority wants a system that must cover own need for transport, and ensure regional and local guidelines to reduce climate and environmental impact. The contracting authority wants the future vehicles to be significantly more climate and environmentally friendly and optimally be zero emissions vehicles. The tenderer must have a vehicle shop and a workshop in the vicinity of the contracting authority.

The invitation to tender concerns a contract for bank services for Moss Municipality. The contract will include entities that are part of the basic organisations of the contracting authority, with an option for municipal companies (Moss havn and MK Eiendom), as well as all other companies that are a governmental body and 100% owned by the municipality. This also includes companies that the municipalities are accountants for, such as inter-municipal companies (IKS), parochial church councils, foundations, church councils, or host-municipality collaboration where the contracting authority participates.
