Window Cleaning Services to Midlothian Council-(SC Ref:746336) The works will comprise of cleaning windows/glass, internally and externally, as and when instructed. There are two elements to the contract – sites which will receive a guaranteed 4 visits per year and school sites which are subject to each school’s devolved budget authority and may request less than 4 visits.
