Management and Operation of three Civic Amenity /Recycling Centres inclusive of all direct and indirect costs associated with the delivery of the service at Kells, Navan and Trim The services will generally comprise of • Handling and processing waste streams. • Monitoring and reporting (data collection, AERs etc). • Management systems and proven staff experience in ISO – Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Waste Management. • Customer Service (facility signage, receipt system, complaints procedure, campaigns such as bulky goods, mattresses, bikes etc). • Security systems & management during operation and out of hours. • Management of the sites including for maximising efficiencies in layout and operations • The legislative and regulatory requirements underpinning the delivery of a waste management service Single Party Framework to be established on foot of this competition.

The N51 Dunmoe Phase 2 Realignment Scheme comprises the construction of 4.375km of Type 1 Single Carriageway (S2) and the following associated works: • At grade junctions and links to existing road network • Surface water drainage infrastructure. • Underbridge at Cruicetown Stream • Underpass • Retaining Wall • Culverts and associated headwalls • Utility diversions and ducting for utilities including ESB, Eir and Watermains. • Road signs, road markings and road studs. • Site clearance and earthworks • Boundary treatment works and Accommodation Works • Landscaping works • Road pavements The contractor will be required to produce Traffic Management plans for the N51 National Secondary road and local roads. The contractor will also be appointed as the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
