MITA makes use of various Fortinet firewalls and Fortinet central management tools whose maintenance and support and Fortiguard licences will be expiring in October 2023. This tender is intended to extend the maintenance and support and Fortiguard licences installed on these devices by a further year. In addition, MITA will also be procuring first line support services. This tender is being issued in accordance with Article 154 (b) (ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations.

The subject of this tender is the provision of various Information Security Assessment Services for the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) in two Lots: Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments (Lot 1), and Risk Management and Assessments, Security Architecture Assessments, and Audit/Review (Lot 2), as further detailed in the Specifications/Terms of Reference. This project is being financed through NextGenerationEU Funds.

The objective of this tender is to secure the provision of three (3) technical personnel, for a three-year period, to provide services which are reliable, efficient and offer economic value. These services shall be carried out at MITA premises namely at Gattard House, Blata l-Bajda and MITA Data Centre, Santa Venera.

This contract seeks to secure the provision of Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) Solution for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for 2 further periods of one year each based on a 450 web application targets, with the possibility of purchasing additional targets in bundles of 50 during the duration of the contract term.

As part of a recurrent procurement process, the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) as a Central Purchasing Body, is issuing this Call for Tenders for the provision of energy efficient high-end laptops. The scope of this Tender is to procure and distribute a number of energy efficient high-end laptops over a period of twelve (12) months or when the maximum quantity of equipment indicated in the Fees Schedule is reached. The minimum number of laptops that may be procured is 800. The maximum number of laptops that may be procured is 1,500. The project is being financed through NextGenerationEU.

The objective of this tender is to identify a telecommunications service provider who shall assume full responsibility of the telecommunications services which are reliable, efficient and provide economic value. The telephony services for MITA shall include fixed-line telephony, mobile telephony and mobile data services as detailed in this CfT.

The scope of the work required is for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire suppression systems at MITA Data Centre, Santa Venera. For clarity, the scope of the project excludes the provision of any cabling and pipework of the fire suppression systems since the existing fire cabling and extinguishing pipework with be retained.

MITA is issuing this CfT for the provision of an online payment processing service to continue providing a successful payment service to the Government, whilst complimenting the MITA Strategy 2021-2023. This online payment processing service shall be scalable, secure, open-standard based and flexible. MITA is requesting a holistic Online Payment Processing service which requires components that replicate the existing Government Payment Gateway (GPG) application programming interface (API) and eliminate the need for any infrastructure interface changes to existing merchant websites. MITA’s goal is that applications consuming the current service require no code changes to connect to the GPG service procured through this CFT.

The provision of insurance broking services to MITA and to procure a number of insurance policies as defined within the Tender Document.
