L’objet du marché consiste à développer et assurer la maintenance d’une application. L’application à développer est destinée pour les besoins de l’ONA. Le développement de cette application se décompose en 3 phases : Phase 1 – une application pour remplacer et étendre l’actuelle application MJDA et permettant de gérer les dossiers relatifs aux DPI ; Phase 2 – une application pour remplacer et étendre l’actuelle application FMGLO et permettant de gérer les hébergements des DPI ; Phase 3 – maintenance de l’application. Une phase de conception a déjà été réalisée avec un premier livrable concernant l’analyse. L’analyse détaillée à effectuer dans le cadre de ce marché devra corriger et/ou compléter le livrable actuel avec tous les détails nécessaires au développement de l’application.

The purpose of the present assignment is to provide additional support to the PAS Team in Romania. This additional resource will enable the PAS Team to provide increased assistance to beneficiaries of EU funded infrastructure projects, in areas such as management of works contracts, analysis and solution of claims, analysis of contractual modifications, etc.

The contract is for a long-term rental (four years: 375 000 km, possibly extendable to five years: 450 000 km) for four buses (with 25 to 30 seats), to be registered and delivered to Luxembourg, without a purchase option.

The objective of this technical assistance is to assist ILLER BANKASI A.S.
