Care and Protection of Moveable Property-The Council has a requirement under the Care Act 2014 to manage people's property where they have no one else to do this for them, in this instance the property is the person's domestic pets. The requirement has 3 elements Animal Collection, Temporary Accommodation and Care of Animals and , if appropriate, Rehoming.
