Tanker Services and Other Drainage Services at Leicestershire County Council Waste Transfer Stations and Recycling and Household Waste Sites-The Council operates four Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) at Bardon, Kibworth, Loughborough and Whetstone, and fourteen Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS) with drainage infrastructure ranging from large attenuation tanks, foul water cesspits, septic tanks silt and oil interceptors of varying makes and capacities, to various catchpits sumps and gullies.
