Qualified Technical Competent Personnel Services (COTC Cover) for waste management facilities-The service is to provide sufficient qualified technical competent personnels to carry out regulatory checks as required under the permit on waste management facilities on behalf of Leicestershire County Council. Failing to meet the permitted requirements at the waste management facilities would result in a breach of the permit condition which could lead to increased subsistence charges.
