National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORs)-LCC are the approved National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORs) course provider for Leicestershire Police (LP) and provide driver re-education courses on behalf of the Road Safety Partnership (LLRRSP).
