he International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) seeks a reputable contractor (consulting firm/ consortium) to undertake a i) survey based on the project level- Women Empowerment in Agriculture Index (Pro-WEAI) questionnaire and a ii) qualitative analysis in Kyrgyzstan based on pro-WEAI qualitative instruments, as part of the Joint Programme for Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP RWEE). These quantitative and qualitative assessments will be part of the end of project evaluation, used to measure aspects of women (and men’s) empowerment vis-a-vis a control group.
