The contest is for a contract for project management for 3 health buildings. The projects vary in scope and will be ongoing over approx. 3-7 years. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The volumes in point 1.1.4 are estimates and are not binding for the contracting authority. The contest concerns the delivery of automation work within maintenance and building development projects. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold excluding VAT. The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year. The estimated value of annual contracts is based on previous historical figures and approximate estimates. This estimate must be seen as a binding volume for procurements under the framework agreement. The procurement of electrical and automation work will vary from year to year, in-line with the Contracting Authority’s need. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. KKE wants to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer of cleaning services. The framework agreement is for two years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority shall have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year in accordance with the terms that are agreed in the contract.
