Pre-PCSA works for Phase 2 (museum & gallery) of Our Cultural Heart(OCH).-Kirklees Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to complete the Cultural Heart Phase 2 (museum & Gallery). The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Kirklees Council.
