OBJECTIVE OF CONSULTANCY UNICEF has partnered with the Jamaica Council for Persons with Disabilities (JCPD) to strengthen and upgrade the functionality of the Council’s Management Information System consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures and Requirements of the Council, and in keeping with the broader objectives of the Social Protection System for Persons with Disabilities. Guided by a System Requirements Document for the JCPD Registry Application (2022) developed by the JCPD, UNICEF is seeking to engage a Jamaican-based consultancy firm to undertake upgrades to the current Management Information System which will deliver the features, capabilities, critical attributes, and major characteristics to help the JCPD meet their strategic and operational business objectives, and achieve the following results: Faster access to real time status information for Persons with Disabilities Better reporting through the dashboard for decision making for JCPD Real time status updates via SMS, email notification and mobile app alerts. Improve administrative management and service delivery. Consultancy Details Duration: The duration for the contract is for a total period of performance of 310 days, starting on the date of the signature of the contract. Type of Consultancy: Firm (Consultancy Team) Place of Work: Jamaica Type of Contract: Lump sum contract. The contract amount includes all costs related to undertaking the consultancy.
