Single Operator Framework for Provision of Accredited Catering Training & Certification.-The Contracting Authority have a requirement from suitably qualified organisations to provide Accredited Training to Irish Prison Service staff which will enable them to deliver certified training to nominated prisoners. The successful contractor will also certify the prisoners who complete the course delivered by IPS staff.
