Tender Results of Irish Defence Forces

The supply and delivery of a portable, first responder Biological Identification System and Consumables.

The Irish Defence Forces intends to establish a framework for the upgrade/ replacement and maintenance of its current microwave infrastructure throughout Ireland. The framework will cover the upgrade, maintenance, support and equipment requirements as required.

The Defence Forces will award a contract for 3 years from the date of award. The tender competition is broken into 3 lots and each lot will receive a separate contract: Lot 1: Provision of Production Printer Lot 2: Provision of a Hydraulic Guillotine Style Paper Cutter Lot 3: The Provision of type A&M Collating towers compatible with the Horizon Stitchliner 5500 currently in use with the Defence forces Printing Press (DFPP).

The Director of Transport has a requirement for the supply of a service to the Department of Defence (Defence Forces), for the Mechanical Repair / Servicing of the Defence Forces Scania Vehicles. For this procurement the Director of Transport proposes to offer a fixed price, twelve (12) month draw-down contract from the date of issue of the letter of award, with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months, with a maximum of three (3) such extensions, subject to review and agreement on prices for years two(2), three (3) & four(4). Either party may terminate the contract by giving fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing of intention to terminate the contract.

The requirement is for the Supply and Delivery to the Department of Defence (Defence Forces) of Automotive Filters for the Defence Forces fleet. Delivery will be to the Officer in Charge, Transport Tech Stores, Vehicle Base Workshops, DFTC, Curragh Camp, Co Kildare, Ireland. The Tender Competition is divided into two (2) lots; each lot will be treated as separate contracts. Lot 1: Light Vehicles and Medium Vehicles. Lot 2: Armour Vehicles, HGVs & Plant Machinery

For this procurement the Director of Transport proposes to offer a fixed price, one (1) year drawdown contract from the date of issue of the letter of award, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year period, with a possibility of a further two (2) such extension, subject to review and agreement on prices for each year.

The Irish Defence Forces intends to establish a framework for the upgrade/ replacement and maintenance of its current mast infrastructure throughout Ireland. The framework in addition will cover annual inspections including but not limited to structural surveys and climb downs.

Lot 1 : Maintenance and Upgrade of existing Audio Visual suites. Lot 2 : Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Audio Visual suites in new locations.

The purchase of digital radios, ancillaries and training/ support which are compatible with our legacy analogue Motorola radios, including supply of certain ancillaries for existing analog radios.
