A single party framework will be established to provide a comprehensive facilities management service, on both a planned and reactive basis, to the Digital Hub Development Agency's (DHDA) premises at the Digital Hub Campus, Dublin 8 for a period of up to seven (7) years duration. The framework will include both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of system failures/urgent requirements. Critical events or equipment failure will demand a four (4) hour maximum response time. It will be an essential requirement of the framework that the appointed framework operator will provide call out cover and repairs within a 24-hour period in the event of a fault. It is an essential requirement that the framework operator will fully comply with all statutory requirements (including but not limited to Health and Safety) in the delivery of the services required under the framework (e.g. equipment maintenance).

The Inis Oirr Harbour Development : which has been previously designed and was the subject of a successful planning application in 2007 (Ref PL 07.EF2023). The planning application drawings and associated EIS together with the Planning approval are all available and are included with this documentation. An up to date Bathymetric survey and supplementary Ground Investigation reports are also available and are included with this documentation.This preliminary design which was the basis for the planning application, together with the associated drawings , EIS and planning permission and conditions now form the basis and qualifying criteria for the development of the detailed design for the pier in Inis Oirr. It is this detailed design and subsequent development of the construction contract documentation and the management of the construction phase of the project through to close out, that is the subject of services now required by Galway County Council

An Post is seeking to establish a Qualification System (panel) from which suitable suppliers will be selected for the provision of Corporate Finance Advice as requirements arise over the next 5 years. The PQQ questionnaires will be evaluated in accordance with the published Selection Criteria and candidates who are successfully pre-qualified will be appointed to the Qualification System. An Post will select suppliers from the Qualification System to participate in tenders for future contracts/framework agreements outlined in the scope of the Qualification System, as requirements arise. The qualification system will remain open for five years until 31 August 2022. While the qualification system will remain open for five years, An Post has an immediate requirement which is due to be tendered in the near future. Candidates who are interested in participating in this first tender process must submit their completed PQQ by 12.00hrs Thursday 31 August 2017.
