Postal Services - Provision of a Downstream Postal Supplier-Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Whistl UK Limited to deliver Downstream Postal Services. The tender has been conducted through an aggregated exercise whereby numerous local authorities combined and amalgamated volumes. A further competition exercise has been undertaken through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework.
