Homes England - DaRTS - Demolition PM Services - SSC Tamworth-Homes England (HE) acquired South Staffordshire College's Croft Street Campus (the Site) from South Staffordshire College (SSC) in 2023. HE has since submitted a residential Outline Planning Application with Access in May 2024 which is currently being considered by Tamworth Borough Council (TBC) as planning authority with Staffordshire County Council (SCC) dealing with County Matters.
