Core Auxiliary Services and Innovation Support Agreement-This agreement will provide core auxiliary services to support technical programme deliveries including product lifecycle management, technical delivery management, service architecture, platform engineering, data management, application development, management and support. It will allow for modification or enhancement of existing services, the retirement of legacy services and transition to replacement, or using innovation to accelerate and/or de-risk delivery of existing or future services.

Portal Monitoring-The project is to observe 5 locations to collect data. The objectives are: - Vehicle classification and turning movements at each location to obtain a clearer understanding of vehicle flows. - To determine the quantity of vehicles travelling through scanner and vehicles which bypass the scanner to assess compliance levels.
