STA - 10 x sash window urgent repairs - Tanner Row York-We have 10 sash windows, at the York office, in need of urgent repair, i.e. panes of glass replacing, broken sash cords replacing to allow these windows to open, cills replacing. At the moment the majority of windows do not open and therefore is affecting the comfort of staff working in these offices, which both HE and EHT staff have complained to the local FM Team about.

STA - Historic England - Migration Requirements Analysis-Analysis to inform migration/conversion requirements for new V13 site (S8080 managing build), comprising: 1. Analysis of content types for conversion. 2. Recommendation of approach(es) to take regards V13 rebuild (e.g. migrate then build / build then migrate) with any key considerations for HE and S8080. 3. Preparation of findings report. 4. Preparation of estimate for migration project. 5. Teams call to present and discuss findings and estimate.

STA - M&E Consultant services to support the MEND grant scheme-For M&E consultancy services to support the Historic England building services engineering team with carrying out the site visits, completion of the advice giving and full application reports for round 4 of the MEND grant scheme.
