STA - South Staffordshire asset designation review-Bought in Advice to support a full review of the designated and undesignated heritage assets in the South Staffordshire Council area, following the loss of the Crooked House Pub by fire and unauthorised demolition. The review to include recommendations for assets to be included or removed from both the local heritage asset list and national HE designation, following public consultations, council and HE reviews.

STA - Pritchard House 1-4 urgent repairs project-Emergency works to houses 1-4 at Fort Cumberland.

STA - Statistical data analysis modelling and compilation.-To provide analysis of two possible hypotheses around the near-term future of finances in the heritage sector to provide evidence for a possible Spending Review bid currently in progress

STA - SFM JPR M&E maintenance 24/25-Maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical systems on the Shrewsbury Flaxmill site.

STA - Direct and Indirect Tax Advice 24/25-Extension of existing contract to cover additional required services.

STA - Architect Fees MT fire Safety project-The above support was included within the awarded contract C/Ref 00000176, however due to delays to undertake this phase of works within that contract and the fact the costs of the overall construction works for the project increased beyond expected; the cost of the consultant fees subsequently increased beyond the allowance within the contract.

STA - Department Stores Photography-To take photographs for the national project for department stores, which will later become a publication by HE.
