Haugesund Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs a framework agreement for competence raising for school managers. The contracting authority needs assistance with the further development of the professional learning communities and follow-up of schools' strategic efforts. In this work the municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
