Programme Client Side Support-An awarded contract for HM Revenue and Customs Client Side Support to provide programme and portfolio level support required at the early stages of the E2ECL: pre-concept, concept and initiate & test feasibility stages; not limited by a specific list of tactical services, rather a drawdown of strategic level services typically required at the stage of the E2ECL.
