DMP PAYE Expenses and PAYE HICBC Service - Front-End Digital Delivery-Contract forms part of the Digital Mobilisation Programme (DMP), a coalescence of new and existing services pertaining to Tax and Benefits to enhance the HMRC customer journey. The Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Expenses Service (PES) and High-Income Child Benefit Charge (HICBC) PAYE service are being designed with supplier selected via the DALAS framework.
