MAINTENANCE OF FORKLIFT & RIDE SWEEPERS-QP requires the Services of a competent and experienced Contractor to provide periodic Preventive maintenance, Routine Maintenance, Break-down repair and yearly renewal of Traffic registration of the Forklifts, Reach Trucks and Ride-on Sweepers specified in the Annexure # 1 to Appendix A on call-off basis as specified herein at QP's Stores located at Ras Laffan, R&DC (Mesaieed) and NGL & Refinery Mesaieed. In addition to above Contractor to provide Reach Trucks and Fork-Lifts on continuous and call-off basis as specified in the Annexure # 2 to Appendix A.

PROVISION OF SVCS FOR SURFACE SAMPLING AND PVT ANALYSIS FOR ONSHORE & OFFSHORE OIL FIELDS-Provision of personnel, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of Surface Sampling, Pressure Volume Temperature (PVT) Analysis and specialized Asphaltene, Flow Assurance and EOR studies on a call off basis, for a Contract duration of 3 Years or 5 years

Contractor shall provide the services on call-off basis upon receipt of a Release Order from QP. PROVISION OF MATERIAL SPECIALIST AND INSPECTORS-QP intends to secure the services of competent and experienced Contractor to undertake the responsibility of hiring and supplying of qualified and experienced Ten (10) Material Specialists and Seven(7) Material Engineers (Inspection) to assist the Material Integrity & Inspection section for Material Master Data creation, Technical Evaluation of Stock enquires, Inspection of Inward Material and co-ordination of TPI ( Third Party Inspection).

CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED AND COMPETENT PERSONNEL (SUPERVISORS, LAGGERS, FABRICATERS, APPROVED APPLICATORS OF BOTHE CEMENTITOUS AMD EPOXY FIREPROOFING OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR AND COMPATABLE SYSTEMS) CAPABLE OF CARRYING OUT INSTALLATUON, UPKEEP, STRIPPING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THERMAL INSULATION, COLD INSULATION, FIREPROOFING SYSTEMS (EOPXY OR OTHER TYPES)ON VESSELS, TANKS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, COLUMNS, VALVES, PROCESS PIPELINE, HVAC SYSTEM, REPLACEMENT OF HOUSE WALL AND ROOF CLADDING AND LOUVERS AT THE OFFSHORE LOCATIONS AT PS2, PS3, NFA AND HALUL ISLAND (HEREINAFTER REFFRRED TO AS "SERVICES") SERVICES SHALL BE PERFORMED ON A CALL OFF BASIS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY QP. FOR SUCH SERVICES QP SHALL ISSUE TO CONTRACTOR A CWR (RO) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT PROCEDURES.

MAINTENANCE OF GONDOLA WINDOW CLEANING MACHINE (BMU) AT MIC-MAINTENANCE OF GONDOLA WINDOW CLEANING MACHINES AT MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (MIC)

ENGINEERING MEASUREMENT SERVICES-QP requires CONTRACTOR to provide Engineering Measurement Services ("SERVICES") by way of technical support to implement the measurement guidelines in JVs, EPSA/ DPSAs and QP locations. 1. The Scope of Services shall comprise of routine SERVICES (Defined Scope)and non routine SERVICES on Call off basis. Release Orders shall be issued for the call off component of the SERVICES i.e. non routine SERVICES. 2. CONTRACTOR shall provide professional expertise and technical advices on measurement activities with suitably qualified and experienced CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL, as per the minimum requirement stipulated in Clause 4 herein. 3. CONTRACTOR shall perform the SERVICES by carrying out the activities in the measurement systems installed at locations indicated in Clause 2 herein. A Measurement System is defined as"A Measurement System consists of an assembly of primary elements, secondary devices, sampling systems, analyzers and flow computers, which together serve to provide a measure of the quantity and quality of a product related to royalty, fiscal/custody transfer and allocation process" 4.CONTRACTOR shall use the standards and guidelines.

MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM, GAS DETECTION & FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-Maintenance of various types of fire alarm, gas detection and fire fighting systems at various QP locations (in Doha, Dukhan and RLIC) within the jurisdiction of QP's Facilities Management Department on Definite and Call-Off basis.
