GMCA 858 - Employer Customer Relationship Management system for GMCAs Education Work and Skills directorate-GMCA is seeking a supplier to provide a Customer Relationship Management system to provide the Education, Work and Skills (EWS) Directorate with the ability to record, monitor and analyse information about the employers we have a relationship with. Through procuring a CRM, we aim to maximise the engagement of the businesses we work with, increase the interest employers have in our work, improve the support we give employers to engage with activities, and measure the outcomes of our efforts.
