Przedmiotem postępowania jest usługa polegająca na odbiorze i transporcie całego strumienia odpadów komunalnych z wyłączeniem odpadów stanowiących części roślin pochodzących z pielęgnacji terenów zielonych, ogrodów, parków i cmentarzy od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz właścicieli nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, na których powstają odpady komunalne i którzy przystąpili do gminnego systemu gospodarowania odpadami, nieruchomości w części zamieszkałych i w części niezamieszkałych, a także domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, wykorzystywanych jedynie przez część roku - zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Porąbka. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 1 do Zaproszenia - opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Propozycja częstotliwość odbioru poszczególnych rodzajów odpadów zawarta została w załączniku nr 2 do Zaproszenia harmonogramie odbioru.
