Award of Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) Software Licences, Support and Hardware Upgrade (GCU)-Award against framework: HealthTrust Europe’s ICT Solutions 2023 (ComIT 3 – Complete IT), Reference: HTE-011006 (SC Ref:780472) A solution to replace the existing IPT estate due to the current solution being end of support/life. The new solution will provide continuous maintenance support to hardware, software and support services. The proposal will provide business continuity for the next 3 years which will allow for a detailed review of the entire IPT estate.
