Understanding Doctors decision-making processes regarding migrating to the United Kingdom-The aim of this research is to use quantitative methods to develop our understanding of the population of doctors joining/not joining UK medical practice from abroad and their migration journeys. This will include why doctors migrate or do not migrate to the UK, the reasons/motivations that draw overseas doctors to join UK practice and what stops/demotivates others from joining despite taking active steps to do so.
