Gateshead Council Tender Result

Contract for Leaseholders Property Insurance-Gateshead Council has awarded a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced Insurance Company (not broker) to provide Leaseholders Property Insurance. The tendered price submitted by the successful supplier was based on the first 12 month period of the contract. In order to arrive at a total awarded contract value the Council has added an additional 10% to the value of each subsequent year of the contract to cover inflation and premium increases.
