The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency wishes to enter into an agreement for consultancy services regarding the development and administration of IT system for properties. This includes strategic advice, strategy development, strategy implementation and strategy realisation for digitalisation of the building industry. See Annex 1 for further details. Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] wants to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer who can provide further development, adaptation, and troubleshooting / maintenance / optimisation (operation) of the SharePoint server 2013/2019 systems and hybrid systems. Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] manages the operation of the underlying infrastructure, and the tenderer shall provide support for the management and operation of the SharePoint platforms.

The purpose of the purchasing system is to cover the need for bulk biofuel used for heating.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has continual needs for evaluations of different constructional problems. We would therefore like to have continual assistance with numerical simulations, as well as with the development of calculation methods and software tools through a framework agreement. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs slipway and shipyard services, including the service and maintenance, and certification of components for the vessels 'Oscarsborg II' and 'Oscarsborg III'. The contract also includes the procurement of equipment components and materials.
