Delivery of concrete for in-house production

Larvik Municipality is restoring and upgrading its water and sewage network. The water and sewage at Fredriksvern in Stavern is to be upgraded in accordance with the municipality's requirements and guidelines. In connection with this, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] has entered into a contract for the work as described in the tender documentation for the contest. 

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following assignment: Framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of cranes and lifting equipment. The framework agreement will mainly consist of the option to make call-offs for expert inspections and service, preventive maintenance, replacement of worn parts, and for planned repairs and alteration work. Further details on the assignment are described in part III of the tender documentation. The contest is for the following lots: Lot A - North 1: District Finnmark, North Troms, Central Troms and South Troms except the Bjerkvik area Lot B - North 2: District Hålogaland and Salten including the Bjerkvik area Lot C - West 1: District Trøndelag Lot D - West 2: District Vestland and the South West Lot E - East 1: District Oslo, Romerike and Oslofjord Lot F - East 2: District Innlandet

The purpose of this procurement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for consultancy, design, development, management, operation, and support for Forsvarsbygg.no and for the Agency's own digital front end for the Norwegian Armed Forces; basen.forsvarsbygg.no (the Base).

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs to empty three water reservoirs by Værnes Garrison. We are therefore extending an invitation to submit tenders for uploading, transporting, emptying, and disposing of PFAS polluted water.

The assignment includes management of the contracting authority's power portfolio in the contract period. The contracting authority is not a Clearing customer in the Nord Pool system. The tenderer must therefore operate under their own name in the Nord Pool system, and thereby act as the power supplier for the contracting authority. Tenderers must therefore have a turnover concession.

The assignment concerns the alteration of an existing kitchen and mess hall to increase capacity at Ørland Air Base.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like to enter into a contract after this contest with a tenderer that can provide resources for maintenance, troubleshooting, support, and general advice for the newly developed Timefangst system.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs to purchase a 12-15 tonne pillar jib crane for lifting vessels on the quay at Karljohansvern in Horten. See the tender documentation part III for details. 

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to a contest for the construction of 60 new officer quarters in Rena Camp. With options for a further 4+4+4 quarter. The assignment is for engineering design for and the construction of a new building inside Rena Camp. All personnel at the turnkey contractor must be authorised, but security clearance of personnel will not be necessary (see the tender documentation, part III-d, point 12).
