Traffic Management Sub-Contractors-Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. (SC Ref:749936) The nature of the requirement is for the provision of sub-contractors to carry out and provide Traffic Management on behalf of the Council’s Roads & Transportation Service, who are responsible for the management and maintenance of Fife’s roads and footways
