The overall objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude multiple framework service contracts (lot 1-5) and a single framework contract (lot 6) (hereinafter FWCs) for the provision of reliable and high-quality services of face-to-face interpretation and/or cultural mediation and/or remote interpretation.

The European Union Agency for Asylum (contracting authority) wishes to procure provision of event organisation services for administrative and operational meetings and events held outside of Malta.

The European Union Agency for Asylum (contracting authority) wishes to procure provision of event organisation services for administrative and operational meetings and events held outside of Malta.

Establishment of a framework contract for a maximum duration up to 4 years, for the provision of interpretation and/or cultural mediation services for EUAA in EU Member States (excluding Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, France, Malta, Portugal and Spain) and in the associated countries. Since the initial total value of the contract is EUR 7 370 000, the increase is EUR 737 000 and a new total ceiling of EUR 8 107 000.

The call envisages the conclusion of a supply framework contract for provision of X-ray security inspection equipment and related accessories including installation and maintenance for EUAA, three lots: — lot 1: provision of X-ray security inspection equipment and related accessories including installation and maintenance for EUAA in Malta; — lot 2: provision of X-ray security inspection equipment and related accessories including installation and maintenance for EUAA in Cyprus; — lot 3: provision of X-ray security inspection equipment and related accessories including installation and maintenance for EUAA in Greece.

The European Union Agency for Asylum (contracting authority) wishes to procure emergency shelters and non-food items (NFIs).

The call envisage conclusion of works framework contract for provision of works and preventive maintenance of EUAA’s waterproofing systems in Malta.

Establishment of a framework contract for a maximum duration up to four years, for the provision of interpretation and/or cultural mediation services for EUAA operations in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. Since the initial total value of the contract is EUR 50 450 000,00, the increase is EUR 25 225 000,00 and the new total ceiling of the contract is EUR 75 675 000,00.
