Tender Results of European Parliament

The object of the contract is the provision of WiFi-As-A-Service in buildings of the European Parliament in several Member States. Concerned buildings include ‘Europa Experience’ exhibition places, European Parliament Liaison Offices and Regional Offices, but NOT the large buildings located in the three main sites (i.e. in Brussels in the vicinity of the Spinelli and Spaak buildings, in Strasbourg in the vicinity of the Weiss building, and in Luxembourg on the Kirchberg plateau). The service to be provided includes development, implementation, evolution (update/upgrade), maintenance, technical assistance, support, operation, reporting, decommissioning of the Wi-Fi infrastructure and provision of internet access according to the needs of the users of each location.

This call for tenders covers the external provision of IT services for the European Parliament and other participating EU institutions, agencies and bodies.

The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender for the acquisition of office furniture and accessories for its staff and the staff of the following European Union institutions and bodies: — European Court of Auditors; — Court of Justice of the European Union; — Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union; — European Economic and Social Committee; — European Committee of the Regions; — European Data Protection Supervisor. This call for tenders responds to the contracting authority’s requirements for the need to update the range of furniture in order to meet new space requirements, be in line with changes in technology and working methods, follow developments related to occupational well-being and provide a suitable working environment for their staff. Framework service contract for the services of a technical control office, health and safety coordinator, fire safety expert and approved organisations for the buildings of the European Parliament in Luxembourg.

Supply and delivery of high-quality recycled paper in DIN A4 format, provision of the ordering tool and compensation of the CO2 generated by paper production. The total volume of the contract is estimated at 64 800 boxes of five reams of 500 sheets.

Maintenance of the buildings and technical installations of the Europe House (European Parliament liaison offices + EC representation) in Budapest, Hungary.

The object of the contract is the development, implementation, evolution (update/upgrade), maintenance, technical assistance, support and operation of the electronic voting system of the European Parliament.

The contract is for a long-term rental (four years: 375 000 km, possibly extendable to five years: 450 000 km) for four buses (with 25 to 30 seats), to be registered and delivered to Luxembourg, without a purchase option.
