Works and maintenance of structural and finishing works for the European Parliament buildings in Strasbourg: — lot 1: structural works; — lot 2: roofs/waterproofing; — lot 3: metallic joinery; — lot 4: wood joinery; — lot 5: interior works; — lot 6: coverings; — lot 7: blinds.

The European Parliament has decided to open a Europa Experience Exhibition Centre in Stockholm. The continuous opening of this exhibition space to the public and visitor groups requires the contracting of personnel for reception, guidance of visitors and other associated tasks.

The contract covers supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of the following hardware and services that must be provided: pads, RFID tags, self-service lending / return kiosks, anti-theft security gates, visitor counters, hand-held management readers, return box, user identification, associated software, project management and implementation, system monitoring and maintenance, training, collection encoding service, and supply of technical documents for training and for technical equipment. Optional: reservation kiosks, smartphone application, and management software for library access and space booking.

The object of the contract is to provide for a sales outlet in the Spinelli Building in Brussels for: — daily newspapers from all EU countries; — books and other publications in various EU languages; — European Parliament gift and souvenir items; — office sundries and stationery items; — confectionery; — non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks; — cigarettes, tobacco, etc.; — flowers.

Platform offering online access to the digital edition of printed newspapers and weekly news magazines covering 27 EU Member States.

Periodic and regulatory inspections by an external service for technical inspections at the workplace (‘service externe pour les contrôles techniques sur le lieu de travail – S.E.C.T.’).
