The call for tender is divided in five lots; lots A, B, C and D concern civil, architectural, finishing and retrofitting works and related execution design while lot E will be a service contract performing engineering activities. Lot B awarded; Lot C cancelled; Lot D not awarded yet; Lot E cancelled.

The scope of this call for tenders is the provision of legal services related to advice type services, assessment of construction claims, attendance to negotiation meetings and provision of trainings/seminars in connection with FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts.

The scope of the supply are services to support manufacturing and R&D activities in the frame of ITER and other fusion projects under responsibility of F4E which will consist of material and mock-up characterisations at room and elevated temperatures, inspections and non-destructive testing of materials. Such services will also include, planning, preparation, manufacturing of specimens, execution, evaluation and reporting of specified characterisation or inspection tasks. The storage and, in some cases, the disposal of used specimens and leftover materials is also be included in the services scope. The increase of the ceiling being introduced under procedure reference F4E-OMF-1555 is needed due to project needs which have increased beyond the foreseen estimations made in 2020.

Procurement of standard parts to be provided as in-kind contribution to ITER organisation for being finally assembled on the ITER first wall panels.
