This assignment will support the establishment of an efficient organisational and governance structure of the Vasilikos Energy Centre (VEC) to ensure its safe operation and address security of supply. The outcome of the assignment will ensure a clearer governance structure at VEC for several existing infrastructure projects with EIB and EC financing, while also supporting future energy transition investments in Cyprus. In this regard, the link with potential InvestEU operations, in particular the EuroAsia Interconnector (partially CEF funded), which will be landing within this Centre is a relevant example. Given the importance of the Vasilikos Energy Centre to the Republic of Cyprus, the Council of Ministers will be involved to approve the proposed governance structure and agree the relevant follow up actions.

The objective of this call for tenders is to award framework agreements to up to five (5) successful tenderers for the provision of IT consultancy services for maintenance, support, development and implementation of financial applications for the EIB Group.

The EIB is looking for a service provider that is able to reach out to opinion leaders and influencers on climate action and sustainable development as well as to journalists around the world on a continuous basis. The service provider is tasked to run a global content platform with opinion pieces by world-class experts on these topics, including EIB managers and experts, and distribute these pieces to media outlets in ideally all countries worldwide for publication, as well as promoting them through the platform directly to a global audience.

The general objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of creating a water production centre (‘centre de production d’eau’ – CPE) from the Soum dam to solve the problem of drinking water supply with a regional approach, as well as improving the management of wastewater and excreta in the city of Koudougou and surrounding communities. This feasibility study will provide the National Office for Water and Sanitation, on the basis of a diagnosis of the current and future situation, with the investments to be made to meet the population’s water demand and to improve the management of domestic wastewater in accordance with the available resources and the development of the centres concerned.

The objective of this contract is to assist the public utility enterprise 'Mykolayivvodokanal' (MVK) to complete the implementation of the Mykolayiv water project in an efficient and coordinated way. The project’s implementation has been heavily impacted by the ongoing war. The service provider will have to provide project management support to the PIU, capacity building, construction supervision support, monitoring of grant and loan expenditures, and the preparation of MVK’s sludge strategy.
