Tender Results of European Commission

The contracting authority, through its Directorate-General for Budget, uses SWIFT to communicate payment instructions within the framework of the execution of the European Union budget. The SWIFT interbank network, named ‘SWIFTNet’, allows for different connectivity solutions. The present call for tender covers the installation, configuration, and maintenance of four secured certified leased lines operating in Alliance Connect Gold setups, two for each of the Telecom centres (WINDHOF and HOST).

The general purpose of the contract is to provide independent advice, analysis and relevant information to the Commission, on a continuous and reliable basis, regarding national legislation, case-law and policies in the fields of gender equality and non-discrimination in particular on the grounds of race and ethnic origin, religion or belief, age, disability and sexual orientation and any other issue of relevance to the Commission's work in these fields.

The overall objective of the project is to provide an ex-ante analysis of the potential economic, social and environmental impacts as well as human rights impacts of a trade negotiation in India. It will facilitate a better policy mix and coherence between the objectives of trade liberalisation and the EU policy objective of sustainable development and respect for human rights. The SIA will assist trade negotiators to fine tune their position, in order to achieve the objectives set and maximise the contribution of trade policy to all pillars of sustainable development and human rights.

Economic study to obtain (1) factual evidence and economic analysis regarding three aspects of the current state of competition in the EU, namely (a) price-concentration relationships, (b) the role of so-called global ‘superstar’ firms and (c) the importance for European ‘export champions’ of effective ‘competition at home’, and (2) an assessment of the importance of competition for the EU economy.

This call for tenders implements the Digital Europe programme (DIGITAL) with regards to the development and deployment of a ‘Common European Language Data Space’. The objectives of the call for tenders are to support the creation of an infrastructure for sharing and exchanging language data, tools, services and models; to define—in full respect for European values and compliance with European and/or national rules — commonly agreed principles and practices for the Language Data Space; to deploy it and to promote its increasing uptake across the EU via a series of communication and dissemination activities as well as social media campaigns.

The subject of this call for tenders is about the preventing cyber-theft of trade secrets: awareness toolkit for SMEs.

This procurement aims TO set up an observatory that tracks national policy frameworks/initiatives and investments on innovation procurement in the digital economy around Europe and that engages public buyers, policy makers and citizens across Europe to share good practices. Using public investments smartly to speed up the adoption of innovative solutions is crucial for successful digital, green economic recovery. Europe needs to step up its game to safeguard its global competitiveness. Objective is to raise political visibility and impetus across countries around Europe to make this happen. Greater political engagement with continued regular EU wide monitoring can reinforce the impact of economic recovery plans. It can encourage countries to set higher ambitions for modernising public services with more cutting-edge solutions, which creates simultaneously high value jobs, including for innovative startups and SMEs.

Preventive and curative maintenance services for catering, kitchen, cafeteria and laundry equipment for collective and formal catering facilities, including supply of spare parts. The services are to be performed in the buildings of the Commission and of the other participating entities established in Brussels.

The Commission is procuring a study that will support the evaluation of Regulations 1/2003 and 773/2004.

The object of the framework contract will be the provision of technical assistance services for the project management, public procurement and construction of a building intended for the Seville headquarters of the JRC (Joint Research Centre) of the European Commission.
