Tender Results of European Centre For The Development Of Vocational Training Cedefop

The subject of this open invitation to tender is to conclude two framework contracts for the provision of ICT services for the development and maintenance of Cedefop information systems. These services include consulting, analysis, design, development, maintenance and administration, technical support and project management.

The specifications and requirements in this document constitute a call for tenders for the provision of services related to the ICT network support services. The services of this tender procedure are mainly permanent activities requiring high level of technical expertise to ensure the good functioning of the ICT infrastructure; they should resource, complement (in terms of workload), further develop, support and back-up the activities of Cedefop's ICT staff. Assignments shall often be of a complex nature requiring technical knowledge and experience to develop and implement solutions. In delivering the services, all oral and written communication shall be in English; therefore textual deliverables (reports, technical documentation, briefs, mails etc.) shall be drafted and delivered in English.

The purpose of this study is to deepen Cedefop’s understanding of the challenges facing European vocational education and training (VET) in the coming decades. The research aims to compare how countries relate the broad VET-policy objectives of ‘excellence’ and ‘inclusion’ to each other and whether these seemingly opposing priorities complement or contradict each other. The findings of the study will support policy makers and stakeholders in strengthening the overall relevance and quality of European vocational education and training in 21st century.

The aim of this framework contract is to deliver a dataset that will enhance understanding by Cedefop and the wider research/policy community of the opportunities, experiences, challenges and contextual factors affecting the continuing professional development (CPD) of teachers in initial VET schools in EU Member States.

The purpose of this framework contract is to acquire audio-visual production services and, more specifically, production of video interviews and video clips – video elements mainly in English, but also in several other EU languages.

Estimated volume over 4 years: — for lot 1: 2 000 person days and 800 hours overtime, — for lot 2: 1 800 person days and 800 hours overtime.

The framework contract complements Cedefop’s own monitoring and analysis of the work carried out in the EU-27 countries, Norway and Iceland towards the commonly agreed objectives set in the Council Recommendation on VET and the Osnabrück Declaration and in line with their national implementation plans. The contract will use the ReferNet annual policy reporting as basis and will support Cedefop in collecting additional evidence from relevant VET stakeholders, including the social partners, involved in implementing the measures in the NIPs.

The objective of the study is to collect evidence on and investigate the role of the socio-economic partners in the skill component of just green transition strategies at regional level (NUTS level 2) and to draw lessons and formulate policy recommendations as to how this role could be enhanced in other regions facing similar challenges.

The study will map and analyse the transformation of intended learning outcomes into achieved learning outcomes. The research will focus on initial vocational education and training, in schools and apprenticeships, seeking to map and better understand the features and factors influencing the transformation of intentions into teaching learning and assessment.
