Tender for providing Housekeeping, Landscaping and Waste Management services at ELCOSEZ, Coimbatore for the period from 01.04.2025 to 31.12.2025, renewable annually at the discretion of ELCOT till 31.12.2027 with an annual escalation of 5% on the previous year’s annual contract value. (For first year, the payment will be in proportion to the quoted annual cost for the given period and if the contract is renewed, for subsequent calendar years, the payment will be made with 5% escalation on the previous annual fee. The payment will be made in monthly installments as per the monthly bills submitted by the contractor)
